The article discusses the need of development of new affordable technologies and international cooperation to prevent global warming and climate change. The provision of clean electricity and solar power are found to be the most effective technologies that need to be developed for the purpose.

The different steps that can be taken by the governments for controlling the greenhouse gases and effects are discussed. The explained steps are found to be more efficient and cheap than the major projects usually developed by the governments.
