New York courts seek 'neutral' experts

Three New York judges are establishing a panel of nonpartisan scientific experts, to eliminate costly battles of experts in product-liability cases. The panel will establish cause-and effect tests, concentrating on immune- system dysfunction, pertaining to thousands of breast-implant cases.

New studies trace the impact of tobacco advertising
