Rapid sea-level rise soon from West Antarctic ice sheet collapse?
Article Abstract:
There is little evidence to support the possibility of a natural collapse of the West Antarctic ice sheet in the next one or two centuries. It would take thousands of years for surface temperature changes to reach the bed. Ocean dynamics would delay the effects of greenhouse warming for centuries.

Climatic warning in North America: analysis of borehole temperatures
Article Abstract:
Analysis of data on changes in ground surface temperature gathered from borehole temperature profiles indicates temperature increases as large as 1.5 degrees C in North America since the 1850s. Some of the warming may predate reliable surface air temperature records.

Targets for stabilization of atmospheric CO2
Article Abstract:
Climate analysis indicates that atmospheric CO2 concentration must be stabilized at about 350 parts per million by volume to keep global temperature changes within the natural range of fluctuations of the last millenium.
