Reclaiming the land
Article Abstract:
Saskatchewan farmer Lynwood Cundall has developed a new method to reclaim land tainted with oil. Based on soil sample results, oil spill is treated with a mixture of manure, hay, straw, fertilizers, chemicals and water. A variety of grasses and crops will then be planted until the land is completely recovered.
