New space laser weapons are available for US military missile defense. The YAL-1 Airborne Laser which is capable of shooting down missiles launched on air. The Mid Infrared Advanced Chemical Laser can ruin enemy satellites. The Alpha LAMP Integration system is another chemical space laser.
