The Lee Roy Selmon Crosstown Expressway is expanded due to increased vehicular traffic and congested lanes in Tampa, Florida. The Tampa-Hillsborough Expressway Authority developed a plan to bring about elevated, reversible express lanes for this purpose.

The road from Kabul to Kandahar
Article Abstract:
The project undertaken to reconstruct the Kabul to Kandahar highway, which is called Afghanistan's ring road, is described. The problems faced by the engineers, as they had no design for the road and very little data, are discussed.
