Technology transformation and purposed play: Model development and implications for high tech product development
Article Abstract:
The old paradigms of organizational technology adoption and innovation processes are reviewed and a new paradigm that incorporates the role of transformation is proposed. An organizational-level technology transformation model (TTM) is suggested by preliminary surveys within various high technology industry sectors outlining its salient features.

Article Abstract:
The impact of internationalization and proprietary assets on the performance of 170 Taiwanese TSE-listed high-technology firms notable for their OEM and ODM business is examined. Its results clearly show an inverted U-shaped relationship between internationalization and performance.
