The effect of sodium salicylate and aspirin on NF-kappaB
Article Abstract:
Research that attributed the anti-inflammatory nature of aspirin and sodium salicylate to the inhibition of the transcription factor NF-kappaB was extended, with the conclusion that the drugs inhibited all cellular kinases nonspecifically. A reply is included.
