The forward march of the bird-dinosaurs halted?
Article Abstract:
New evolutionary research indicates that the physical similarities of the forelimbs of birds and dinosaurs may be the result of convergence rather than a common line of evolution. The view is based on comparisons of theropod and bird digits.

Cladistic analysis of dental and osteological characteritics of primates supporting the Haplorhine/Strepsirrhine dichotomy in primate evolution may have been a misinterpretation. Argument for and against this conclusion are presented.
