Tampa bay desalination dispute goes to court
Article Abstract:
The dispute between the Tampa Bay Water's owner and its developer Covanta Tampa Construction regarding the Tampa Bay Seawater Desalination Plant, the largest desalination plant in the United States, has moved to a federal court in New York City. The main control and operation of the facility is one of the major disputes between Tampa Bay Water and Covanta that have troubled the project.

Older cement plans gain an exemption
Article Abstract:
The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has exempted cement manufacturing plants older than 2005 from new up gradation regulation. This new law is aimed to decrease mercury emission from cement industries.
