Racial variations in end-of-life care
Article Abstract:
Study findings suggest that important differences can be found between blacks and whites relative to end-of-life decision-making and advanced-care planning. A survey of 454 whites and 86 blacks suggests that palliative care services should be provided in a way consistent with cultural needs and preferences of the particular cultueral group.
