A field study of group diversity, participation in diversity education programs, and performance
Article Abstract:
The influence of four aspects of workplace diversity viz. tenure, age, sex and race on the growth of an organization is examined. The effects of the staff's involvement in the office's diversity education programs on this correlation are also reviewed.
