Climate consumption and climate pricing from 1940 to 1990
Article Abstract:
Research was conducted to examine the trends in US climate consumption and climate compensating differentials from 1940 to 1990. The study quantified how much households are paying for climate through compensating differentials capitalized into housing prices and earnings. Results show three important facts about how climate pricing and consumption have changed from 1960 to 1990. First, the population has shifted. Second, there has been a rise in rental capitalization. Third, there has been a decline in earnings capitalization.

Particulate pollution trends in the United States
Article Abstract:
The quality of air in the United States shows improvement as evidenced by a decrease in the level of air particulates. The decrease in particulate pollution is being attributed to a decline in economic activity, particularly the manufacturing sector, and in the implementation of more guidelines directed towards particulate regulation. Also, the implementation of these regulations slightly affect the level of economic activity.
