Operationalizing the outcomes of union commitment: the dimensionality of participation
Article Abstract:
Studies of union commitment that consider union participation as a one-dimensional construct are flawed because union participation is multidimensional in nature. Various participatory activities in both formal union activities and less formal union activities are examined to develop a multidimensional construct of union participation.
