Law and religion
Article Abstract:
The positivist theory of jurisprudence states law is the command of the state and hence, laws are separate from both religion and morality. However, the sovereignty of autonomous nation-states is being challenged by the growth of human rights legislation, which works towards some form of global governance, but the irony of such legislation is that it can be seen as a revival of natural law, the foundations of which are religious.

Logic(s)
Article Abstract:
Logic is concerned with the design or structure of arguments, describes the forms of valid argument and is related to the public presentation and reception of arguments.
