Leadership styles and group organizational citizenship behavior across cultures
Article Abstract:
The influence of societal culture on group organizational citizenship behavior (GOCB) and the moderating function of culture on the connection between directive and supportive leadership and GOCB are investigated. It is found that directive leadership has a negative effect while supportive leadership has a positive effect on GOCB.

The contextual analysis of the relation between the structural components of multinational organizations and their links to different cultural and formal institutions, is presented. The development of a taxonomy of organizational behavior for this purpose is described.

There are several approaches to contexts that mirror different practical needs. Contexts become the framework in which processes of lower unit entities like individuals and teams are enacted when context is treated as a distinct entity.
