Peter Greenaway's encyclopaedism
Article Abstract:
British filmmaker, painter and writer Peter Greenaway made movies traversed by taxonomic games, while also produced exhibitions and operas in the form of catalogues, in which objects, images and words unfolded in encycopedic style. Greenaway's films were encyclopedic in the sense that they showcased his knowledge of languages, metaphors, allegories, and literary references organized according to some rigorous principles of order.

The unclassifiable
Article Abstract:
The word 'unclassifiable' is defined as that which cannot be included within a class or category, what cannot be precisely defined or qualified. Paradoxically, the unclassifiable can also be associated with the idea of heteropia, since the word unclassifiable can be used to designate what might be included in several places at once, given the often contradictory diversity of its parts.
