The positive group affect spiral: a dynamic model of the emergence of positive affective similarity in work groups
Article Abstract:
A model used for studying the presence of positive affective similarity among work group members is presented and evaluated. The model suggests that positive affective similarity in groups is associated with the quality of in-group relationship. The dynamics of the "Positive Group Affect Spiral" are explained.
