Training x trainee interactions in a family planning intervention
Article Abstract:
The effects of introducing a family planning counseling model at clinics of Peru's Ministry of Health is investigated. It is revealed that a majority of trained providers did not profit from the training which is a challenge to improve the model and to adopt Training x Trainee and Intervention x Subject Interactions.
