Workplace deviance, organizational citizenship behavior, and business unit performance: the bad apples do spoil the whole barrel
Article Abstract:
The authority that organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and workplace deviant behavior (WDB) have on business unit performance was examined taking into consideration the branches of a fast food company. While WDB was found to have a significantly negative association with job performance, OCB, in comparison showed trivial effects.

The role of relationships in mediating the link between telecommuting and job satisfaction is examined. The relationship between the extent of telecommuting and job satisfaction is shaped like an inverted letter U, mediated by exchange quality and work-family conflict.
