The perceived availability, quality, and cost of long-term care services in America
Article Abstract:
Policymakers and agency representatives were surveyed to determine their perceptions about the availability, quality and cost of long-term care services. Results show that perceptions on the availability of long-term care services depended on the type of service. Below 50% of respondents rated home- and community-based service quality as high while most respondents believe that the costs of long term care services were just right.
