Interventions for street children: An analysis of current best practices
Article Abstract:
The consumer perspectives and professional wisdom are examined to determine the current state of best practices for interventions for serving the street children. The quantitative, qualitative and meta-analytical studies have helped in determining the needs for the street children and the causes leading to street life, which in turn has led to development of theory concerning interventions for street children.

The article discusses the victims of institutionalized child abuse who have suffered human rights violations and psychosocial harm. The intervention efforts at the macro and micro levels are described to help them heal, as it will not only help them but also help the future of nations and the world community.
