How do people react to negative procedures? On the moderating role of authorityEs biased attitudes
Article Abstract:
The two types of reactions, procedural justice judgments and relational treatment evaluations, which are influenced by voice opportunities, are discussed. An evaluation of the extent to which social cues that suggest an authority may be inconsistent between persons influence people's reactions to negative decision-making procedures suggests that authority's bias attitudes help people to make sense of negative procedure information.

Attitudes towards people with AIDS and avoidance behavior: automatic and reflective bases of behavior
Article Abstract:
The isolation of persons with AIDS in the private and professional domains is a constant issue, despite of extensive information campaigns about AIDS. A study was conducted, which was operationalized with the help of automatic approach and avoidance predispositions assessed the automatic evaluations of persons with AIDS and healthy persons.

The characterization of extraversion and neuroticism in terms of spatial metaphor is highlighted. The extent to which behavioral self-regulation is affected by dispositional approach and avoidance is analyzed.
