Intellectual property and white-collar crime: Report of issues, trends, and problems for future research
Article Abstract:
A research examines the association between intellectual property (IP) and white-collar crime (WCC), and identifies future research that might benefit policymaker, federal, state, and local agencies, along with the general public. Major challenges that obstruct efforts to reduce the harm include increasingly sophisticated technology, including Internet, increasing activities in global commerce and communication, and significant differences in social and legal norms throughout the world.

Trafficking in persons report: office to monitor and combat trafficking in persons June 14, 2004

Every year the State Department has to submit a report to the Congress on foreign government efforts to eliminate severe forms of trafficking in persons as per law. The stories of the victims of human trafficking, 21st Century slaves are reported.
