Article Abstract:
The political and economic situation in Poland was getting worse with reference to the rise in unemployment, the growing budget deficit, the trusts falling in politicians, which created a negative impact in the minds of the citizens. However, the surveys done in the years 1994-2002 show significant growth in the strength of social orientations, particularly the prosocial ones.
