Issues concerning the effectiveness of solution-based therapy in treating the behavioral problems of learning disabled children are examined, focusing on the advantages of solution-based therapy. Topics include teacher consultations, examples of student cases, and the positive changes induced by solution-based therapy regarding such issues as anxious and passive behavior, asocial tendencies, emotional indulgence, and daydreaming.

Validity of the FACES IV family assessment measure
Article Abstract:
This article examines the reliability of the Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scales (FACES) IV measure. The authors, maintaining FACES is considered a state of the art family assessment tool, evaluate the FACES IV measure and conclude that reliability and validity analyses suggest both corroborating and contradictory results, suggesting more development is necessary.
