Fruits and vegetables have lots of fiber and little fat, and their mineral and vitamin contents yield a number of health benefits. Their nutrition can be obtained through their juices, and three juice extractors ranging from $234 to $380 are evaluated.

Lemon and limes are distinctly different in flavor, but advice is the same for selecting, juicing and zesting them. The best limes and lemons have smooth, thin skin. Removing the rind first makes juicing easier. Additional advice is provided.
