A risk consideration for contract staffing
Article Abstract:
Health care providers must be careful that they do not hire a physical therapist that has been excluded from Medicare or Medicaid because of fraudulent claims to federal health programs. Not only will payments not be made for services provided by excluded individuals, penalties could be assessed against the institution.
