Three sailboat rallies are planned to greet the year 2000. The first starts on Aug 23, 1998 where sailboats are asked to carry a light from the Church of the Holy Sepulchre which will be sent to Rome on Apr 2000. The second rally starts on Sep 12, 1998 and the third rally starts on Feb 4, 1999.
