Some diving tips about foot cramps, loose fins and diving in low visibility as wells as some new hand signals are presented. The best way to prevent foot cramps is by being physically fit. To address loose fins, divers can use foam inserts or a thicker booties. The necessary gears that divers should have when diving in low visibility include a compass, line reel, buddy line surface signaling devices and lights.

Divers can reduce or avoid stress by determining its source and implementing stress management techniques. The stress that divers experience are usually du to the diving equipment, anxiety, environment and the type food taken before diving. Techniques for reducing stress include treating a dive as a recreation, performing relaxation exercises before diving and eliminating negative thoughts.
