In defense of hounds

Issues are presented concerning the chasing of deer by hunting dogs and feral dogs. The training of hunting dogs not to chase deer is discussed. The case study of a man who wrongfully shot two dogs is discussed.

Dog breeder Del Cameron has had a lifetime of experience in breeding hunting dogs and his knowledge is contained in his book, Call of the Hounds. The book is especially good on the training of pups.
