Article Abstract:
A windtunnel test was conducted at the Texas A&M University to determine how to reduce drag while riding a mountain bike. The best option to gain speed is to stay in a crouching position with elbows tucked, while the use of fairings, disk wheels and bladed spokes also contributed to speed.
