Article Abstract:
A woman finally came to terms and accepted that she has big hips and thighs. What she once did to reduce the bulk of these body parts, from Weight Watchers to subsisting on grapefruits and rye crackers and diet pills, have been replaced by walking and hiking. These activities exercise and strengthen her hips and thighs.
