Article Abstract:
The Fleet Roster of the Wianno Senior Class, which dates back to hull number one, Sirocco built in 1914 is tied to a rich tradition of sailing on the waters around Cape God in Massachusetts and its sailors have maintained fairly detailed records of their old one-design. Ethel Kennedy owned hull number 132 was lost with 20 other Wiannos and a slew of other classics in a fire at Crosby Yachts in Osterville on 10 December 2003, a dark day for the Cape boating community.
