Constitution's refit: four years and $12 million
Article Abstract:
The refit of the nation's oldest floating ship, the Constitution, is presented. The four-year restoration project, which costs $12 mil, is expected to repair most of the ship's problem and also replace old sails into new ones which are made from 15-ounce Oceanus cloth woven.
