Copycat slimming: when the wife fights fat, the husband follows
Article Abstract:
Research suggests that husbands of wives on low-fat diets consume less fat than husbands in marriages where low-fat eating regimens are not followed. A study of 368 husbands showed that the 188 whose wives ate low-fat foods took 4% less of their daily calorie intake from fats than the 180 others.

Regular, rhythmic rocking-chair usage for an hour per day, plus a modified diet, medications, and suppositories can speed c-section recovery time. The rocking motion was found to condition the abdominal muscles and speed digestion in a study of 290 mothers.
