Could you catch a heart attack?
Article Abstract:
Heart disease could be contagious. A bacterium, chlamydia pneumoniae related to a germ that causes a sexually-transmitted disease, may be the cause. The past research on the germ which has been known for at least 30 years is discussed as well as how the bacterium may be the cause of the heart attack.

The B vitamin breakthrough
Article Abstract:
Research is indicating that an amino acid, homocysteine, can be a cause of clogged arteries, and that B vitamins are useful in combating it. High readings of homocysteine have been discovered in 40% of stroke victims and 25% of heart attack patients. Types and sources of B vitamins are discussed.

It is estimated that as much 25% of the population has problems with procrastination. The fear of failure may be one reason for procrastination, as may the fear of intimacy, separation or even of success. Guidelines for dealing with procrastination are presented.
