Cruising World puts 9.9s to the test

Several 9.9-hp outboard engines were tested on a 10-ft Force 4 rigid-inflatable boat. The evaluation appraised two-stroke engines from Johnson, Mercury and Tohatsu as well as four-strokes from Evinrude, Honda, Mariner and Suzuki. These engines were compared.
