This article examines treatment options for patients with vestibular dysfunction, a problem that impacts postural control. A 1-day maximal lactate steady-state assessment protocol for trained runners
Article Abstract:
A successful attempt using 12 endurance athletes to design a single-session protocol for determining the maximum lactate steady state (MLSS) using HR, RPE, bf and race pace as predictors is described. MLSS determination usually involves several days of testing.
