Curtis Strange: a whole new game

Golfer Curtis Strange has won 17 PGA Tour competitions and has collected some $2 million during one 1988-89 stretch, but Strange admits that his game deteriorated due to burnout and fatigue. However, Strange is working toward a comeback in 1997, when he will also be a golf analyst for ABC-TV.

Tom Lehman: a major leap into the elite

Greg Norman: still a tiger himself

Golfer Greg Norman, with 79 tournament wins, was the most dominant player in the game prior to his disappointing showing at the 1996 Masters tournament and the subsequent rise of Tiger Woods. Norman has promised to return to top form, although at age 42 his future looks hazy.
