Article Abstract:
Reserve stability or ultimate stability is defined as the angle of a boat that can heel and still right itself beyond which capsize occurs at angle called the angle of vanishing stability (AVS). Some of the criteria that one needs to ensure for the best resistance to capsize while conducting a serious offshore work are presented.

Article Abstract:
A cockpit at the center of the cruise works better on bigger boats that are above 50 feet. The position of the cockpit also depends on the purpose of the boat for which it is used and it can be fitted with any kind of a hull and underbody.
