Effects of cardiorespiratory fitness on healthcare utilization
Article Abstract:
The relationship between cardiorespiratory fitness level and incidence of medical treatments is studied. People who improved their fitness by the time of the second examination has a decreased number overnight hospital stays, compared with those who remained unfit at the time of the second examination, which accounts to10.2% low fitness at second visit verses 5.9% high fitness at second visit.
