Finding fitness on the cylindrical road
Article Abstract:
Cyclists can maintain their fitness during winter by exercising indoors. The biggest problem in this exercise is boredom. Boredom can be prevented by changing and varying gears, cadence, hand and leg positions and by watching video workout programs. Five indoor exercise programs are also presented.

Trainer Andrew Pruitt has invented a new stroke analyzer that promises to improve a cyclist's efficiency and power as well as reduce the risk of injuries. The new analyzer is configured like a normal pedal, except that it contains circuits which are connected to a computer.
