Motorcycles ideally can be transported long-distances by a bike trailer attached to a van. The bike trailer should be fully enclosed and have a drop tail to facilitate easy loading. A van can comfortably store equipment, spare bikes and people.

Spectators at motorcycle road races are relatively sparse. One reason is the difficulty in getting close enough to the race action to appreciate it. Race tracks should build bleachers in the infield to solve the viewing problems.
