Article Abstract:

Long, hot treks

The winners of the men's steeplechase, 5000-meters and 10,000-meters were won by Mark Croghan, Bob Kennedy and Todd Williams respectively. Dan Middleman's third-place finish in the 10,000-meter race was a huge surprise because he was not considered a strong contender in the event.
