Michelle Warth has been suffering from anorexia which placed her near-death when she began starving herself. By following a healthful diet and a conservative walking program, however, Warth, was able to overcome her disorder and maintain a healthy weight of 112 pounds.

Ellen Hunt was physically out of shape after her second pregnancy. She started a daily walking regimen which enabled her to lose almost 20 lbs. and boost her self-confidence. She even encouraged her friends to start their own walking programs.
