Article Abstract:
Hunting dogs need adequate nutrition to maintain their strength and stamina. Food that is high in protein and fat provides the nutrition needed during hunting season. Food served during the off-season should be lower in fat and protein to prevent the dogs from gaining weight. Dog foods are evaluated.

Hunting Dall sheep in their native high-terrain habitat can be an extremely hazardous recreation, and carrying the carcass back down steep mountainous declines. Two hunters encounter such difficulty, falling from a precipice into a cavern, but their luck and mountain-climbing skill save them.
