Wildlife, winding rivers, and long, empty beaches make for a shoal-draft cruise of epic proportions in the Florida Everglades. A 20-mile long stretch of dunes shaped by centuries of great storms, Cape Sable, is one of the few features on the Everglades coast that can be distinguished from offshore.
