How Running Saved My Life
Article Abstract:
Six people share how taking up running saved their lives. One man went from being a 326 lb 26 year-old to running 3 to 6 miles per day, saving himself from depression, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. A woman who almost bled to death after giving birth was told by her doctor that the only thing that saved her was her well-conditioned heart. All 6 stories demonstrate both physical and psychological benefits derived from running.
