The stretch of Colorado River between Glen Canyon Dam and Lee's Ferry is ideal trout fishing water. Even a beginner can expect to catch 20 or more rainbows ranging from 16 to 18 inches in length. Because the fish eat only four kinds of insects, few flies are necessary.
